There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Hughes and Gara: Page 2, line 20, following "that": Insert "protect personal privacy and safety and that" Representative Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
